프리레틱스 - 유산소, 오주차 (Freeletics - Cardio, fifth week)

다섯번째 주, 첫날 와드 디오네 75 점핑잭 - 25 버피 - 50 레그레이즈 - 75 점핑잭 - 50싯업 - 25 버피 총 3세트 전보단 덜 걸렸나? 좀 힘들게 한듯 여기저기 어수선하기도했고..ㅋㅋ개가 들이박질않나 Fifth week, 1st day WOD Dione 75 jumping jack - 25 burpee - 50 lag raise - 75 jumping jack - 50 sit up - 25 burpee Total 3 round Am i did better than before?...It was little hard than before. I can't concentration on my program cause many guys and dog lol fun 다섯번째 주, 두번째 날 와드 스쿼트 맥스 - 5분 휴식 - 푸쉬업 맥스 - 3분 휴식 - 메티스(버피, 클라이머, 하이점프 각각 10개 25개 10개로 삼세트) 처음하는 와드 나쁘지 않았는듯 의외로 쉽고 일찍 끝났다 개가 너무 얼쩡거리는데...뛸떈 같이뛰고 아주 개판 해가 너무 빨리지는것도 큰일 5th week, 2nd day WOD Squat max - 5min rest - Push up max - 3min rest - Metis( Burpee , Climber, high jump each 10, 25, 10 total 3set) Not bad program It's was easy and finish early Dog(Legner) is too much disturb me lol shit When i did a high jump, he did with me lol Sunset is too fast also ...
