16년 2월 필리핀에서 시범스파링(Demostration sparring in ala gym of philipine)

훈련하던 체육관이아닌 알라짐의 또다른 체인점으로 이동

시범스파링이 있었다

왜인지 나도 참여하기로..

it was not the gym i trained, we move the other ala gym.

look like same promotion(franchise..?)

i did participate in that sparrin. i didn't no why..

얼마안가 운동은 그만둔걸로 알고있다

꽤 재밌었던 스파링. 영상이 없어져서 아쉽다

When i come back to Korea, Vincent was keep in touch with me

but before long maybe he was retire pro boxing
