18년 호주워홀 13일차(Working holiday in australia D+13)

프리레틱스 - 유산소, 이주차 (Freeletics - Cardio, second week)

2주차 첫번째 와드 아프로디테...썅 버피 50 스쿼트 50 싯업 50 10 개씩 줄여서 버피 10 스쿼트 10 싯업 10 까지 총 5라운드 약 45분정도 걸린듯 생각보단 덜걸렸다 이번엔 왜인지 영상은 3분정도 짤렸다 Second weeks first WOD Aphrodite...shit Burpee 50 Squat 50 Sit-up 50 Reduce number 10 Until Burpee 10 Squat 10 Sit-up 10. 4주차 첫날 와드 디오네 75 점핑잭 - 25 버피 - 50 레그레이즈 - 75 점핑잭 - 50 싯업 - 25 버피 총 3세트 반복 원래 아프로디테인데 저번 디오네 대신 아프로디테 한적이있어서~ 대체 4th week, 1st day WOD Dione Instead of aphrodite, do the dione. Because i did a aphrodite last week first day. 75 Jumping jack - 25 burpee - 50 lag raise - 75 Jumping jack - 50 sit up - 25 burpee REP 3round 4주차 두번째 날 와드 버피, 레그레이즈 맥스 처음하는와드 ㅋㅋ 5분버피 - 5분휴식 - 5분 레그레이즈 - 3분휴식 - 5분 버피 - 3분휴식 - 5분 레그레이즈 기존 하던것드보단 쉬운듯? 슬슬 버피할때 피로감이 덜하다 스트레칭을 운동전후로 하니까 확실히 어깨가 좋아진 느낌 앞으로도 스트레칭 꾸준히 해야지 벌써 사주차!! 4th week, 2nd day WOD burpee, lag raise max This WOD try is first time lol 5min burpee - 5min rest - 5min lag raise - 3min rest - 5min burpee - 3 min rest - 5 min lag raise This WOD is easy than before WOD that i been More and more when i try a burpee, feels better than before.
