어제 야식으로먹은 진라면에 밥 ㅋㅋㅋㅋ 간만에 꿀.. I ate Korea raman with rice as last dinner lol It was great 오늘 윤성형님이 해준 커리우동~ 커리중독인듯 The noodle curry that today my lunch Almost curry addiction lol 간만에 셀카 오늘은 너무 특별한일 없이 평화로운 하루 모든 문제없이 일하고 운동하고 일정대로 딱딱 돌아가니까 행복 앞으로도 쭉 별 사고없이 지낼 수 있기를 Selfie after long time Today was too peaceful day. There were no trouble in my schedule. i did Just work, freeletics.. I did all as my schedule, so feels goood I wish get every day be safe and happy

18년 호주워홀 13일차(Working holiday in australia D+13)

전날 저녁으로 먹은.. 짜파게티에 소고기, 양파, 마늘 다진걸 넣은것까진 좋았는데 스콜피온 칠리라고 멋모르고 넣었다가 땀뻘뻘흘리면서 먹었다 ㅋㅋㅋ 진짜 맵네 알아보니 세계에서 제일매운고추????? 미친 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ I ate dinner last night. It was korean noodle add some galic, onion, beef was okay, but scorpion chill?? what the hell is that lol fucking too stupid spicy That was word best spicy chill.. crazy lol 오늘, 일끝나고 밥먹다가 사장님이랑 지형이형이랑 만나 수다떨었다 잠시 메론 스무디도 얻어먹고~ 꽤 좋았다 Today, After works, When i eating lunch, met boss and ji-hung bro. We did just short talking. They treat melon smoothie to me lol good 살짝 배였다 피가 하루종일 나긴했지만.. Has little injury 그리고 자전거로 첫 장보기~~ And First shopping by bicycle 내 밤을 책임질 와인도 대용량으로 사고 ㅋㅋ 19불! I bought wine for my good night lol 19$ ! 저녁 사온 와인과 함께 ㅋㅋㅋ 행 ㅡ 복 Dinner with wine lol haㅡppy

프리레틱스 - 유산소, 이주차 (Freeletics - Cardio, second week)

2주차 첫번째 와드 아프로디테...썅 버피 50 스쿼트 50 싯업 50 10 개씩 줄여서 버피 10 스쿼트 10 싯업 10 까지 총 5라운드 약 45분정도 걸린듯 생각보단 덜걸렸다 이번엔 왜인지 영상은 3분정도 짤렸다 Second weeks first WOD Aphrodite...shit Burpee 50 Squat 50 Sit-up 50 Reduce number 10 Until Burpee 10 Squat 10 Sit-up 10. Total 5round I did spend about 45 min This time was not bad, than my thinking I don't know why that video be deleted last 3min 2주차 두번째 날 하던대로.. 버피맥스 스쿼트맥스 근데 쉬는시간이 3분..?? 5min burpee max - 3min rest - 5min squat max - 3 min rest - 5min burpee max 왜인지 마지막 5분정도가 짤렸다 Second week, second day As did before.. burpee max and squat max but rest time is 3min lol 5min burpee max - 3min rest - 5min squat max - 3 min rest - 5min burpee max I don't know why deleted last about 5 min 2주차 세번째 날 와드는 아이리스 1km 달리기 - 점핑잭 100개, 마운틴 클라이머 50개(양쪽이 한번으로 카운트) - 1km 달리기 영상찍기 불편해서 달리는건 동네 마트에 다녀오는걸로.. 2nd week, 3rd day WOD is IRIS 1km running - 100 Jumping jack, 50mountain climber(both leg cou

프리레틱스 - 유산소, 사주차 (Freeletics - Cardio, fourth week)

4주차 첫날 와드 디오네 75 점핑잭 - 25 버피 - 50 레그레이즈 - 75 점핑잭 - 50 싯업 - 25 버피 총 3세트 반복 원래 아프로디테인데 저번 디오네 대신 아프로디테 한적이있어서~ 대체 4th week, 1st day WOD Dione Instead of aphrodite, do the dione. Because i did a aphrodite last week first day. 75 Jumping jack - 25 burpee - 50 lag raise - 75 Jumping jack - 50 sit up - 25 burpee REP 3round 4주차 두번째 날 와드 버피, 레그레이즈 맥스 처음하는와드 ㅋㅋ 5분버피 - 5분휴식 - 5분 레그레이즈 - 3분휴식 - 5분 버피 - 3분휴식 - 5분 레그레이즈 기존 하던것드보단 쉬운듯? 슬슬 버피할때 피로감이 덜하다 스트레칭을 운동전후로 하니까 확실히 어깨가 좋아진 느낌 앞으로도 스트레칭 꾸준히 해야지 벌써 사주차!! 4th week, 2nd day WOD burpee, lag raise max This WOD try is first time lol 5min burpee - 5min rest - 5min lag raise - 3min rest - 5min burpee - 3 min rest - 5 min lag raise This WOD is easy than before WOD that i been More and more when i try a burpee, feels better than before. When i got the stretching before and after training, feels better on my shoulder. From now on, I have to do stretching every time Already 4th week!! Yeap!! 4주차 세번째

야식으로 볶은 야채에 치킨 커틀릿! ㅋㅋㅋ Chicken cutlet and fried vegetable for my dinner! lol 그리고 과음 롤.. 그리고 패배 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ 아 침대에 와인쏙았다 젠장 And drink a lot and game and defeat lol Ahhhh i did turn over wine on my bed ....shit
